When nature calls, the Globbers are in.

As we showed you in our Videodiary, Canada is a heaven for those like us who love being surrounded by nature. So, we couldn’t miss the appointment with the Capilano Suspension Bridge.

This is a must-see if you are in Vancouer.

With a free shuttle from Canada Place (there’s one every 30 minutes) we reached the park in less than an hour: cup of tea!

Quando la natura chiama, i Globbers rispondono.

Come vi abbiamo mostrato nel nostro diario di viaggio, il Canada è un paradiso per chi ama essere immerso nel verde come noi. Non potevamo quindi mancare l’appuntamento con il Capilano Suspension Bridge.

E’ un luogo assolutamente da non perdere se siete nei pressi di Vancouer.

Con una navetta gratuita da Canada Place (ne parte una ogni 30 minuti) abbiamo raggiunto il parco in meno di un’ora, nulla di più semplice!

Cross the shaky bridge, suspended on several meters in the middle of a canyon, was a really amazing experience.

We can’t stop taking pictures of this bridge that we seen before only in lot of images on the web.

The weather was beautiful and we saw only the tops of the forest trees that surrounded us, at the horizon. Below us, the river’s rapids were flowing strongly.

Attraversare il ponte traballante, sospeso a molti metri di altezza nel mezzo di un canyon, è stata un’esperienza davvero emozionante. 

Non riuscivamo a smettere di scattare foto a questo ponte visto solo in numerosissime immagini dal web.

Il tempo era splendido e all’orizzonte si vedevano solo le punte degli alberi della foresta che ci circondava. Sotto di noi, le rapide del fiume scorrevano fortissime.

Over the bridge, all around us, there were a lot of paths and passages suspended between the giant fir trees of the rain forest. They are suitable for all, except for those who feel vertigo.

Even if sometimes it may seem a tourist attraction, for us it was just refreshing.

We really wanted to get in touch with the nature of these places so we absolutely had to see the famous Capilano Suspension Bridge.

Oltre il ponte si snodano in tutte le direzioni numerosi percorsi di ponti e passaggi sospesi tra gli abeti giganteschi della rain forest. Sono adatti a tutti, tranne che a chi soffre di vertigini.

Anche se a tratti può sembrare un’attrazione turistica, per noi è stata rigenerante. 

Volevamo assolutamente entrare in contatto con la natura di questi luoghi ma soprattutto dovevamo a tutti i costi vedere il famoso Capilano Suspension Bridge.
